Mission – Our mission is to inspire hope and strengthen hearts by renewing minds and helping people overcome poverty through working together. We invest in families to create healthy, stable environments and provide the support and skills they need to thrive. Our goal is to empower individuals and families to create lasting change in their own lives and in the communities, they call home.

Southeast Louisiana Wellness Initiative
Grace Outreach Development wants to help in Louisiana feel better and live healthier lives! We have this cool plan
called " Healthy Minds, Healthy Lives Where we teach people about taking care of themselves.
eating right and feeling good mentally. We have fun workshops every Month where you can learn about staying
healthy, voiding getting sick, and even how to deal with stress, plus we help them find doctors or nurses if they need them and we give out yummy and healthy food during the holidays! We also make sure everyone in the community feels good, both inside and out. It's like a big hug for your healthy,

The Healthy Minds, Healthy Lives" Program is a 12 Month -
initiative aimed at enhancing the health and wellness of underserved communities across10 southeast Louisiana
parishes: Orleans, Jefferson, St Bernard, St Charles, St James, St John the Baptist, Plaquemines. St. Tammany, Tangipahoa, and Washington Our program will provide health education, preventive care, nutrition, and mental wellness services, reaching approximately 1200 individuals and families throughout the region.
