Grace Outreach Development is committed to providing outstanding social services to individuals in Southeast Louisiana 10 Parishes My nonprofit organization assists people in various ways, including but not limited to:
- We Have Monthly Health workshops across the 10 parishes, reaching 1000 community members with education on preventive care, Chronic disease management. nutrition, and mental health.
- Getting Referrals for Patients to See Doctors and Nurses
- Educating Patients on Home Health, Hospice Care, and Hospitalization
- Helping Children with Their School Essentials
- Providing Meals to Families During Thanksgiving and Christmas
